Terms & Conditions

Last Updated:

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of web development services by Veron IT Solutions. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Effective Date: November 24, 2025

Last Updated: November 24, 2025

1. Payment Terms

All payments for web development services provided by Veron IT Solutions are non-refundable.

  • Once a project has commenced and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances
  • Payment schedules will be agreed upon before project commencement and must be adhered to
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in project suspension or termination
  • All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to the payment terms outlined in the project proposal

We encourage clients to carefully review project proposals, ask questions, and ensure they understand the scope and deliverables before making payment commitments.

2. Client Responsibility During Development

During the development phase, clients are required to actively participate in the project to ensure timely completion and satisfaction:

  • Regular Review: Clients must check the development site regularly (at least weekly or as agreed) to review progress
  • Timely Feedback: Clients must provide feedback and approvals within the agreed timeframes
  • Content Provision: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, text, and materials in a timely manner
  • Availability: Clients must be reasonably available for communication and decision-making throughout the project

Delays caused by lack of client participation, late feedback, or missing content may result in extended project timelines. Such delays are not the responsibility of Veron IT Solutions and do not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.

3. Bug Reporting and Change Requests

After each update or milestone delivery, clients are expected to thoroughly test and review the work:

  • Testing Period: Clients should test all functionality after receiving update acknowledgment
  • Bug Reports: Any bugs, errors, or issues must be reported promptly after discovery
  • Change Requests: Requests for improvements or changes should be clearly documented and communicated
  • Scope Changes: Changes that fall outside the original project scope may incur additional charges

Bug fixes for issues within the agreed scope will be addressed at no additional cost during the development phase and within the agreed warranty period after project completion.

Changes or enhancements that extend beyond the original scope will be quoted separately and require additional payment.

4. Cooperation and Patience

Web development is a collaborative process that requires cooperation and understanding from both parties:

  • Professional Relationship: Both parties agree to maintain professional and respectful communication
  • Realistic Expectations: Clients should have realistic expectations about timelines and technical limitations
  • Problem-Solving: Both parties will work together to resolve any issues or challenges that arise
  • Patience: Clients understand that quality development takes time and agree to be patient during the process
  • Flexibility: Both parties will be flexible and accommodating when reasonable adjustments are needed

We are committed to delivering high-quality work and appreciate clients who understand that achieving excellence requires time, iteration, and collaboration.

5. Repeated Change Policy

To maintain project efficiency and respect development time, the following policy applies to repeated changes:

  • Definition: A "repeated change" occurs when a client requests to revert a modification back to a previous state (e.g., changing from A to B, then requesting to change back from B to A)
  • Impact on Priority: Repeated changes may result in the affected task being deprioritized in the development queue
  • Additional Charges: Excessive repeated changes may incur additional charges at the developer's discretion
  • Decision-Making: Clients are encouraged to make thoughtful decisions and provide clear direction to avoid repeated changes

This policy is in place to ensure efficient use of development time and to encourage clear communication and decision-making. We understand that some iteration is normal and expected, but excessive back-and-forth can significantly impact project timelines.

6. Communication Channels

Effective communication is essential for successful project delivery. Veron IT Solutions uses the following communication channels:

  • Primary Channel: WhatsApp is the primary communication channel for project updates, questions, and quick discussions
  • Email: Email may be used for formal communications, contracts, and detailed documentation
  • Video Calls: Video calls may be scheduled for project kickoffs, complex discussions, or demonstrations
  • Response Time: We aim to respond to messages within 24-48 hours during business days

All project-related communications, decisions, and approvals should be documented through these official channels. Verbal agreements or communications through unofficial channels may not be considered binding.

Clients are expected to respond to communications in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

7. Clear Requirements Policy

To ensure successful project outcomes, clients must provide clear and complete requirements:

  • Initial Requirements: Clients should provide detailed requirements, goals, and expectations at project start
  • Clarity: Requirements should be as specific and clear as possible to avoid misunderstandings
  • Documentation: Important requirements and decisions should be documented in writing
  • Changes: Any changes to requirements during development should be clearly communicated and may affect timeline and cost
  • Examples: Providing examples, references, or mockups helps ensure alignment on expectations

Vague or incomplete requirements can lead to misaligned expectations and project delays. We will work with you to clarify requirements, but the responsibility for providing clear direction ultimately rests with the client.

If requirements are unclear or incomplete, we may request additional information or clarification before proceeding with implementation to ensure we deliver what you need.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and design elements created specifically for their project. However:

  • Veron IT Solutions retains the right to use general techniques, methodologies, and non-client-specific code in future projects
  • Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools remain subject to their respective licenses
  • Clients must have proper licenses for any third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) they request to be used
  • Portfolio rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

9. Warranties and Support

After project completion, the following warranty and support terms apply:

  • Warranty Period: A 30-day warranty period covers bug fixes for issues within the original scope
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues caused by client modifications, third-party services, or hosting problems
  • Ongoing Support: Ongoing maintenance and support beyond the warranty period can be arranged separately
  • Updates: Updates to third-party dependencies or frameworks are not included unless specifically agreed upon

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

  • By Client: Clients may terminate the project at any time, but no refunds will be issued for work completed or payments made
  • By Developer: Veron IT Solutions may terminate the project if the client fails to meet payment obligations, provide necessary materials, or maintain professional communication
  • Deliverables: Upon termination, clients will receive all work completed up to that point
  • Outstanding Payments: All outstanding payments must be settled before final deliverables are released

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Veron IT Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific services in question
  • We are not responsible for losses due to third-party services, hosting issues, or factors outside our control
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and ensuring business continuity

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable region.

13. Changes to Terms

Veron IT Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For existing projects, the terms agreed upon at project commencement will remain in effect unless both parties agree to updated terms.
